Built to last!

At Vrooomy, we're all about quality that lasts longer than the average attention span! That's why we offer a two-year legal warranty on all products you buy from us, valid from the delivery date and applicable to the original purchaser.

Please note: Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from regular use, or accidental damage. It does cover manufacturing defects and material defects -because those are our responsibility.

Pro tip: Keep your proof of purchase! You'll need it to prove the toy was purchased from us in case your claim needs to be verified.

Also, keep the original box during the warranty period — it makes returns and warranty claims much easier (and it's also a handy place to store extra parts!).

🔍 When you receive your toys…
We recommend checking all components immediately. If anything is broken or doesn't meet your expectations:

  1. Do not assemble the toy if you see visible damage, missing parts, or if the product does not meet your expectations. Once the toy is fully assembled, returns are no longer possible under your right of withdrawal.
  2. Please contact us immediately .
  3. Please send photos or videos of the problem so we can quickly assess it.

⚠️ Returns after installation
Due to the nature of our ride-on toy vehicles, once the product is fully assembled:

  • it can no longer be dismantled without risk of damage;
  • it no longer fits in the original packaging;
  • and can therefore no longer be resold as new.

Therefore, once the product has been fully assembled, it is no longer eligible for return under the 30-day right of withdrawal , unless the product was defective upon receipt .

To prevent problems, we strongly recommend carefully inspecting all components before assembly . If something isn't right, contact us immediately—and don't start building yet!

✅ Our warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship that render the ride-on toy unusable.
  • Problems that arise during normal use by a child within the specified weight limit (check the product specifications).
  • Toys that are correctly assembled, not modified, and properly maintained according to the manual.

❌ Our warranty does not cover:

  • Use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Incorrect installation by customer.
  • Damage due to misuse, accident, modification or unauthorized repairs.
  • Lack of regular maintenance.
  • Commercial use or rental of the product.
  • Normal wear and tear (including batteries, tires, engines, and cosmetic parts).
  • Weather damage (keep your toys dry and store them indoors at night — dew is treacherous!).

Special warranty conditions:

  • Batteries, chargers, and tires are considered consumables and wear out over time — not covered outside of normal use.
  • Motors (such as steering motors and drive motors) are considered components that can fail due to misuse or overload.
  • Cosmetic parts (such as mirrors, stickers, doors) are not essential for operation and are excluded.
  • Plastic body parts may have small marks or imperfections due to the manufacturing process — this is harmless and not covered by the warranty.

🔄 Our approach (and it's friendly!)
If a part breaks under warranty, we'll send you a replacement free of charge so you can install it at home.

If the problem can't be resolved with parts and your claim is valid, you have the right to choose (unless unreasonable or impossible):

  • a free repair, or
  • a free replacement of the product.

If free repair or replacement is not appropriate in the circumstances, you have the right to claim a proportionate price reduction or to cancel the order for the relevant part of the product.
