I can't find the number plate. What should I do?

The number plate and/or driving licence can be found on the outside of the box, in a plastic sleeve on the side. Please check all sides first. Still can't find it? Then send us photos of all sides of the box. Once we've looked at the photos, we'll get in touch with you.

Do the products still need to be assembled?

Almost all of our products are delivered as a kit, but don't worry, with the included manual and clear assembly instructions, everything is easy to assemble.

Are the vehicles water-resistant?

Unfortunately, our products aren't fond of water adventures. So don't leave them out in the rain or ride through deep puddles. A few drops won't hurt, though!
