Do the products still need to be assembled?
Almost all of our products are delivered as a kit, but don't worry, with the included manual and clear assembly instructions, everything is easy to assemble.

Are the vehicles waterproof?
Unfortunately, our products aren't fond of water adventures. So don't leave them out in the rain or ride through deep puddles. A few drops won't hurt, though!
Do the Quads & Motorbikes have a remote control?
Most of our quads do not come with a remote control, as they are designed for children who can operate the vehicle independently.
What is the average speed of a ride-on car?
Most electric kids cars travel at a speed between 3 and 6 km/h. Depending on the model and voltage, the speed may vary and in many cases can be adjusted with a remote control.

How do I recognize a ride-on car for two people?
A two-seater ride-on car is not always immediately recognizable by the number of seats. Therefore, always check the product specifications to see if the vehicle is suitable for two children.
In addition, you can often recognize that it is a two-person model because it steering on one side is placed instead of in the center. Using our filter options you can easily select the number of seats.

How can I return a product?
