When does my battery need replacing?

How long a battery lasts depends on the type of battery and how it is used:

  • Lithium-ion battery: on average 4–5 years
  • Lead-acid battery: on average 2–3 years

To keep the battery in good condition, we recommend charging it at least once a month, even when the vehicle is not being used. Also make sure that the maximum charging time is not exceeded.

Can I also get spare parts?

Yes, most parts, such as motors, wheels, screws and more, are available. Feel free to get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

What is the difference between 6V, 12V and 24V?

A 6V ride-on car is usually suitable for younger children and flat surfaces. A 12V model often has more power and suits slightly older children. A 24V model is generally more powerful and suitable for heavier loads or larger models, usually 2-seaters.
