Batteries

Is the ride-on car running for shorter and shorter periods, or struggling to get going? Then the battery may need replacing. At Vrooomy® you'll find ride-on car batteries in 6V, 12V and 24V, as lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries, for electric ride-on cars, kids' motorbikes, quad bikes and other ride-on toys.

Which battery fits your ride-on vehicle?

• Voltage: always choose the same voltage as the current battery. You'll find it on the battery itself. See the 6V batteries, 12V batteries or 24V batteries.
• Capacity (Ah): the number of Ah shows how much energy the battery can store. Our lead-acid batteries range from 4.0Ah to 10.0Ah. Do check whether a battery with more Ah fits in the battery compartment.
• Lead-acid or lithium-ion: the lead-acid batteries have a sliding system for the cable connections. The lithium-ion batteries (7.2V, 10.8V and 12V) are lighter. Only choose lithium-ion if your vehicle is suitable for it.

What should you look for in a new battery?

• Compare the dimensions and the connector with those of your old battery before you order.
• Charge the battery with a charger of the same voltage.
